At the Central Coast Builders Association, we understand that convenance and efficiency are key for our members. That's why we are proud to offer our Online Plan Room Service (OPR), which gives our members access to thousands of construction projects throughout California from the comfort of their offices.
CCBA has partnered with 23 Builders Exchanges across California to bring you the Golden State Plan Service (GSPS). We have a locally grounded and state powered network. GSPS is comprised of Builders Exchanges and Associations from all over California partnering together to bring you an abundance of projects from over 45,000 plan providers, public agencies, and private developers.
Our online plan room services (OPR) make it easy to search for and view plans and specifications, order prints, and track plan holders. This service is available to our members 24/7 and can save them valuable time and resources when bidding on projects.
With our online plan room services (OPR) , our members can stay ahead of the competition and make informed decisions on which projects to bid on. You will not find a better more cost-effective way to obtain plans and stay organized.
Access to the GSPS program (OPR to us) starts with membership with CCBA and an additional fee of $300 a year. That's all it takes to get access to over 17,000 projects per year completely mobile and customizable to your needs.
